Teams
In the Developer Portal, you have the option of creating teams. Teams are used to grant or restrict access to certain resources. The team function was developed specifically for accessing documents. Invite Users to the Organization
You can invite users via the "User management" section in the Developer Portal. Simply enter the e-mail address of your teammate and send them an invitation. You can also assign your teammate the Admin role or assign them to a team. What exactly a team is is described in more detail below.
The invitation is valid for three days.
Creating a new Team and Granting Approvals
If you have invited a new user to your organization, you have the option of assigning the new user to a team. You can create teams to give these teams rights to the file sharing system and dedicated rights to view the full Developer Portal.
You can create a new team under the menu item "My organization --> User Management --> Teams". The following configuration options are then available:

Select organization | Here you can select one or more organizations for which your team is responsible |
Select folder | Here you can give your team permission to access the default folders |
Assign authorization | Here you can assign either READ or READ_WRITE rights to your team |
The team functionality works for Providers as well as Customers.
